PDF Tool Hub is completely free to use. We do not offer user accounts and we do not operate a database for your personal information or your files.

Files

Uploaded files are processed temporarily in server memory or short-lived temporary storage to perform the operation you requested. We do not keep copies for backup, training, or resale. Files are removed after processing whenever possible.

Personal data

We do not ask you to sign in. We do not store personal profiles.

This is not legal advice. Laws differ by country and change over time. If you need certainty for your situation, consult a qualified professional.

We intend this site to be usable for visitors from many regions, including the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and California (and other US states with similar privacy laws). Where the law requires consent before certain non-essential cookies or similar technologies (for example for personalized advertising), we ask you on first visit: Essential only keeps the site working without loading third-party ad or analytics scripts; Accept all allows us to load third-party advertising partners and, if we have configured it, Google Analytics (GA4), which may use cookies or similar technologies as described by those providers.

Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie (not readable by JavaScript on the page) and can be changed anytime via Cookie settings in the footer, which clears that choice and shows the banner again.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain processing, or to object or withdraw consent. Third-party advertising: If you accept non-essential cookies, ads may be delivered by independent partners (for example Adsterra or other networks). Those providers may process data under their own policies; we do not control their technologies.

Google Analytics (GA4): If we enable it and you accept non-essential cookies, Google may collect usage data (for example pages viewed and device information) to produce aggregated statistics. See Google Analytics data privacy.

Processing location

Your files are not sent to third-party file processing services or external APIs. All PDF and image processing for these tools runs on the server hosting this application—nothing is outsourced to cloud OCR, conversion, or other remote document APIs.

Monitoring

We may log technical errors, anonymized request counts, and performance metrics to keep the service reliable. These logs do not include the contents of your PDFs.
